[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Σίγουρα έχεις ακούσει ότι το stretching, δηλαδή, οι διατάσεις είναι σημαντικό να γίνονται στο τέλος κάθε προπόνησης γιατί χαλαρώνουν τους μύες και αποτρέπουν τους τραυματισμούς. Όμως, το stretching μπορεί να γίνεται μεμονωμένα και μάλιστα καθημερινά γιατί οι ασκήσεις που περιλαμβάνονται σε ένα σχετικό πρόγραμμα κάνουν καλό τόσο στην σωματική όσο και στην ψυχική υγεία.

Τι προσφέρει το stretching

Ευλυγισία

Αν κάνεις διατάσεις σε σταθερή συχνότητα θα δεις το σώμα σου να αλλάζει και να γίνεται πιο ευλύγιστο. Η ευλυγισία είναι σημαντική για τους μύες γιατί τους δυναμώνει και τους προστατεύει από την ατροφία. Πάντως, αν δεν έχεις ευλυγισία, μην περιμένεις να την αποκτήσεις από την μία μέρα στην άλλη. Θέλει το χρόνο της και αρκετή ενασχόληση.

Ηρεμία

Λίγα λεπτά διατάσεων την ημέρα χαλαρώνουν τον οργανισμό και αποβάλλουν το άγχος.

Καλύτερο ύπνο

Αν κάνεις διατάσεις πριν τον ύπνο θα δεις ότι θα κοιμάσαι καλύτερα.

Σωστή στάση σώματος

Η καθιστική ζωή αρκετές φορές οδηγεί σε λανθασμένη στάση σώματος. Η καλή στάση σώματος προκύπτει μέσα από την ισορροπία μεταξύ της δύναμης και της ελαστικότητας των μυών. Αυτή η ισορροπία επιτυγχάνεται μέσα από το stretching.

Μείωση του πόνου

Η έντονη σωματική άσκηση και τα «πιασίματα» μπορεί να σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι δυσάρεστα. Οι διατάσεις ανακουφίζουν από αυτές τις ενοχλήσεις.

Αίσθημα ευεξίας

Όταν οι διατάσεις γίνονται σωστά και για περισσότερα λεπτά νιώθεις στο τέλος ένα αίσθημα ευφορίας και ευεξίας και το σώμα σου νιώθει ανακουφισμένο.

Ενέργεια

Όταν νιώθεις υπνηλία δοκίμασε να κάνεις λίγες διατάσεις. Θα  οξυγονώσουν τον εγκέφαλο σου και θα αυξήσουν την κυκλοφορία του αίματος. Με λίγα λόγια θα σε «ξυπνήσουν».
