[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Πριν από λίγα χρόνια, ο κλινικός ψυχολόγος Peter Levine παρατήρησε ότι πολλά ζώα ταρακουνούν όλο το σώμα τους ώστε να απελευθερώσουν την ένταση. Ουσιαστικά με την κίνηση που κάνουν απομακρύνουν όλο το στρες αλλά και την αδρεναλίνη που έχει συσσωρευτεί μέσα τους. Αυτή η πρωτοποριακή και διαφορετική θεραπεία που εδώ και λίγα χρόνια χρησιμοποιείται σε αρκετές χώρες μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί και στους ανθρώπους στους οποίους το άγχος χτυπά «κόκκινο» εξαιτίας πολλών παραγόντων.

Πώς γίνεται

Το shaking μπορεί να το κάνει ο καθένας. Μπορεί να γίνει είτε σε καθιστή είτε σε όρθια θέση. Το θέμα είναι να επικεντρωθείς αρχικά σε ένα μέρος του σώματος. Αυτό που πρέπει να κάνεις είναι πάρα πολύ απλό. Για παράδειγμα, σηκώνεις το χέρι σου και το κουνάς πέρα δώθε. Φαντάσου ότι έχει κάτσει πάνω σε αυτό ένα…ζουζούνι το οποίο θες να διώξεις μακριά! Μπορείς να το κάνεις στο ένα χέρι σου, μετά να πας στο άλλο, ύστερα στο ένα πόδι και μετά στο άλλο. Στο τέλος, χοροπήδησε πάνω κάτω αφήνοντας το σώμα σου ελεύθερο! Οι ειδικοί του shaking συστήνουν να αισθανθείς πως νιώθει το σώμα σου πριν ξεκινήσεις την πρακτική και να παρατηρήσεις ποιες αλλαγές έχουν επέλθει αφού ολοκληρώσεις το shaking. Αρχικά 20-30 δευτερόλεπτα shaking σε κάθε μέρος του σώματος αρκούν. Αργότερα, αν συνεχίσεις να το κάνεις και δεις αποτελέσματα μπορείς να «ταρακουνάς» το σώμα σου ακόμα και για 2 λεπτά συνεχόμενα! Να σημειωθεί ότι το shaking είναι μια εναλλακτική θεραπεία η οποία έχει οφέλη ωστόσο ακόμα δεν υπάρχουν αρκετές επιστημονικές μελέτες πάνω σε αυτήν.
