Μέθοδος Barre: Ο τέλειος συνδυασμός μπαλέτου, pilates και yoga

[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Το Barre είναι ένα είδος γυμναστικής που συνδυάζει στοιχεία από διαφορετικά στυλ άσκησης, όπως το μπαλέτο, το πιλάτες και τη γιόγκα. Έχει σχεδιαστεί για να προσφέρει ένα σώμα ελαστικό, λεπτό και δυνατό όπως αυτό των χορευτών, μέσα από την ενδυνάμωση του μυϊκού συστήματος. Η γυμναστική αυτού του είδους έχει πάρει το όνομά της από το βασικό κομμάτι του εξοπλισμού που χρησιμοποιείται: την μπάρα την οποία θα έχετε δει αν έχετε πάει σε μια αίθουσα χορού. Επίσης, γίνεται χρήση και άλλου εξοπλισμού όπως είναι τα βάρη, οι ζώνες και οι μπάλες και αρκετές φορές χρειάζεται και ένα στρώμα σαν αυτό της γιόγκα. Το barre δεν είναι μόνο για χορευτές, απευθύνεται σε όλους. Η εκγύμναση στηρίζεται στο σωματικό βάρος ώστε να δημιουργείται αντίσταση. Οι ασκήσεις γίνονται με αργό ρυθμό για να επιτευχθεί η ενδυνάμωση. Σημαντικό στοιχείο είναι ο ασκούμενος να είναι συγκεντρωμένος ώστε να έχει  καλύτερη αντίληψη του σώματος του και καλύτερο έλεγχο των μυϊκών ομάδων. Τα οφέλη από την γυμναστική barre ξεκινούν από το γεγονός ότι  γυμνάζει πολλές και διαφορετικές μυϊκές ομάδες όπως τα χέρια, τα πόδια και ο κορμός.
