[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Η σοκολάτα είναι μία από τις τροφές στις οποίες δεν μπορούμε να αντισταθούμε. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι στο πλαίσιο μιας ισορροπημένης διατροφής και τηρώντας πάντα το μέτρο, μπορούμε να την εντάξουμε στην διατροφή μας, σε όλες τις παραλλαγές της. Ωστόσο, υπάρχει μια σοκολάτα για την οποία οι ειδικοί έχουν συμφωνήσει πως αποτελεί superfood λόγω των πολύτιμων συστατικών που περιέχει. Αυτή δεν είναι άλλη από την μαύρη σοκολάτα. Η μαύρη σοκολάτα είναι πιο πικρή στη γεύση από τις υπόλοιπες και έχει ως κύριο συστατικό της το κακάο. Τα οφέλη

  • Η μαύρη σοκολάτα είναι πλούσια σε αντιοξειδωτικά όπως πολυφαινόλες και κατεχίνες. Μάλιστα, το ποσοστό της σε αντιοξειδωτικά είναι αρκετά πιο υψηλό ακόμα και από άλλα τρόφιμα, όπως, για παράδειγμα, τα μούρα.
  • Το κακάο που περιέχει δρα προστατευτικά έναντι των καρδιοπαθειών ενώ ελαττώνει την κακή και αυξάνει την καλή χοληστερόλη.

  • Τέλος, η μαύρη σοκολάτα κάνει καλό και στο δέρμα και ειδικότερα στην ανταπόκριση του στην υπεριώδη ακτινοβολία.
