Μαύρα στίγματα στο πρόσωπο: Γιατί εμφανίζονται και πώς να απαλλαγείτε

[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Τα μαύρα στίγματα ίσως αποτελούν έναν από τους «εφιάλτες» των γυναικών, καθώς είναι από τα πιο επίμονα «σημάδια» που μπορούμε να παρατηρήσουμε στο πρόσωπό μας. Πρόκειται για στίγματα τα οποία εντοπίζονται εύκολα στο δέρμα, έχουν σκούρο χρώμα και προεξέχουν ελαφρά. Εμφανίζονται πιο συχνά γύρω από τη μύτη. Ωστόσο, μπορούν ξαφνικά να εμφανιστούν και σε άλλα μέρη του σώματος όπως στην πλάτη, το στήθος, τον αυχένα, τα χέρια και τους ώμους, κάνοντας τη ζωή μας ακόμα πιο δύσκολη!

Πώς προκαλούνται τα στίγματα αυτά;

Σύμφωνα με τους ειδικούς, εμφανίζονται λόγω φραγμένων τριχοθυλακίων. Τα τριχοθυλάκια περιέχουν την τρίχα και ένα σμηγματογόνο αδένα, που παράγει σμήγμα, το οποίο βοηθά το δέρμα να διατηρείται απαλό. Τα νεκρά κύτταρα του δέρματος και το σμήγμα ενώνονται και σχηματίζουν το στίγμα, που έχει σκούρο χρώμα γιατί έρχεται σε επαφή με τον αέρα και οξειδώνεται. Αρκετές φορές η εμφάνιση των μαύρων στιγμάτων «προωθείται» και από ορισμένες κακές συνήθειες που έχουμε υιοθετήσει και αφορούν στο δέρμα του προσώπου μας. Μία από αυτές είναι η κακή περιποίηση του προσώπου και η επιλογή των λάθος καλλυντικών που δεν αντιστοιχούν στον τύπος της επιδερμίδας μας. Επίσης, για τα ενοχλητικά μαύρα στίγματα ευθύνεται και το υπερβολικό μακιγιάζ το οποίο «φράζει» τους πόρους του δέρματος. Δύο ακόμη λόγοι που δημιουργούν τα μαύρα στίγματα και προκαλούν έκπληξη είναι ο συχνός καθαρισμός προσώπου σε ινστιτούτα αισθητικής, καθώς και η υπερβολική χρήση του κλιματιστικού, το οποίο προκαλεί υπερέκκριση σμήγματος.

Πώς να… διώξουμε τα μαύρα στίγματα

Και όμως, υπάρχουν τρόποι να πεις «αντίο» στα μαύρα στίγματα , αν και προειδοποιούμε πως θα χρειαστεί αρκετή υπομονή! Αρχικά, πρέπει να επισκεφτείς έναν δερματολόγο, ο οποίος θα διαγνώσει αν τα μαύρα στίγματα είναι τύπος ακμής ή αν υπάρχει φλεγμονή. Αν ισχύει η δεύτερη περίπτωση τότε πρέπει να ακολουθήσεις τις συμβουλές του για την αντιμετώπιση των μαύρων στιγμάτων. Όμως, αν ισχύει η πρώτη περίπτωση μπορείς να ακολουθήσεις τις παρακάτω συμβουλές.

-Χρησιμοποίησε σωστά καλλυντικά

Με αυτό εννοούμε ότι θα πρέπει να βρεις καλλυντικά που ταιριάζουν στο δέρμα σου και ρυθμίζουν την έκκριση του σμήγματος το οποίο προκαλεί την εμφάνιση των μαύρων στιγμάτων.

-Κάνε απολέπιση στο σπίτι

Με μια φυσική συνταγή, αναμιγνύοντας αλάτι και λάδι. Οι κόκκοι του αλατιού που θα επιλέξεις (χοντρό ή κανονικό) θα πρέπει να είναι ανάλογοι του μεγέθους των πόρων.

-Κάνε φυσικές θεραπείες

 Με μαγειρική σόδα: Ανέμειξε μια κουταλιά της σούπας μαγειρική σόδα με αρκετό νερό για να φτιάξε μια πάστα. Εφάρμοσε την πάστα πάνω από τα μαύρα στίγματα και άφησέ τη να δράσει για περίπου 10 λεπτά πριν ξεβγάλεις με χλιαρό νερό. Με ασπράδι αυγού: Το ασπράδι αυγού μπορεί να συσφίξει προσωρινά τους πόρους σου, κάτι που θα μειώσει τις πιθανότητες να αναπτύξεις μαύρα στίγματα. Κάλυψε το πρόσωπό σου με ένα ελαφρύ στρώμα από ασπράδι αυγού. Στη συνέχεια, τοποθέτησε ένα χαρτομάντιλο πάνω από το πρόσωπό σου, πιέζοντας απαλά προς τα κάτω, ώστε το χαρτί να εμποτιστεί με το ασπράδι. Επανέλαβε αυτή την διαδικασία ακόμα μια φορά. Όταν η μάσκα είναι εντελώς στεγνή, αφαίρεσε τα χαρτομάντιλα και πλύνε το πρόσωπό σου. Με χυμό λεμονιού: Μετά τον καθαρισμό, χρησιμοποίησε ένα κομμάτι βαμβάκι για να ταμπονάρεις φρεσκοστυμμένο χυμό λεμονιού πάνω από τα σημάδια στο πρόσωπό σου. Αφήστε το να στεγνώσει για περίπου 10 λεπτά και στη συνέχεια ξεπλύνετε με κρύο νερό.
