Μασάζ Lomi–Lomi: Χαλάρωση με καταγωγή… από τη Χαβάη

[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Με καταγωγή από την εξωτική Χαβάη το μασάζ Lomi-Lomi κάνει θραύση στα κέντρα ευεξίας όλου του κόσμου και χαρακτηρίζεται ως η «Ρολς Ρόις» των μασάζ. Πρόκειται για μια πανάρχαια μέθοδο η οποία περιλαμβάνει μια πλειάδα από τεχνικές μασάζ που έχουν ως απώτερο σκοπό να επαναφέρουν την αρμονία και την ενέργεια στο σώμα. Το κύριο χαρακτηριστικό του μασάζ Lomi–Lomi είναι οι μακριές, συνεχόμενες κινήσεις κατά μήκος του σώματος, με τον μασέρ να χρησιμοποιεί τα δάχτυλα, τις παλάμες, τα χέρια και τους αγκώνες για να φτάσει στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Οι συνεχόμενες κινήσεις βοηθούν το σώμα να απαλλαγεί από τις συμπεριφορές του παρελθόντος, από τις εμπειρίες και τα «πιστεύω» που υπάρχουν σε αυτό με την μορφή των «πιασμένων» μυών και να επανέλθει η χαμένη ενέργεια.

Τα οφέλη

Τα οφέλη του συγκεκριμένου μασάζ είναι πολλά. Διώχνει την ένταση, βοηθά την καλύτερη κυκλοφορία του αίματος, απελευθερώνει τις τοξίνες, δρα αναζωογονητικά για το σώμα, μειώνει την πίεση και τους παλμούς της καρδιάς και δημιουργεί μια αίσθηση ηρεμίας, χαλάρωσης και αρμονίας. Επίσης, σύμφωνα με μια χαβανέζικη φιλοσοφία, τα πάντα στο σύμπαν αναζητούν αρμονία και αγάπη και αυτό προσπαθεί να μεταδώσει ο μασέρ/θεραπευτής προς τον δέκτη κατά την διάρκεια του συγκεκριμένου μασάζ. Τέλος, υπάρχει μεγάλη πιθανότητα σε αυτή την τεχνική ο μασέρ να «δουλεύει» δύο ή περισσότερα σημεία του σώματος ταυτόχρονα, ώστε να μπορεί ο δέκτης να χαλαρώσει καθώς ο νους του δεν μπορεί να συγκεντρωθεί σε δύο σημεία την ίδια στιγμή.
