Την ίδια στιγμή, δεν είναι λίγες οι φορές που έχουμε ακούσει ότι το κλάμα είναι αδυναμία, ότι δεν πρέπει να κλαίμε μπροστά σε τρίτους γιατί θα χάσουμε την αξιοπρέπεια μας, ότι είναι εντάξει να κλαίνε τα κορίτσια αλλά όχι τα αγόρια…. Το κλάμα, όμως, είναι συναίσθημα. Και όπως κάθε συναίσθημα δεν υπάρχει κανένας απολύτως λόγος να μην το εκφράζουμε και να μην το βγάζουμε προς τα έξω. Μάλιστα, αρκετοί επιστήμονες έχουν συμφωνήσει πως το κλάμα κάνει καλό και στην σωματική και ψυχική υγεία μας. Παρακάτω μπορείτε να δείτε  ποια είναι τα καλά που μας προσφέρει.

Χαλάρωση

Το κλάμα χαλαρώνει και ξεκουράζει τον οργανισμό. Σίγουρα, πολλοί από εμάς, θα έχουμε διαπιστώσει πως,  μετά από ένα “γερό” κλάμα,  αισθανόμαστε ένας ιδιαίτερο είδος ανακούφισης.

Συναισθηματική ισορροπία

Είτε κλαίμε από χαρά, είτε από λύπη, τα δάκρυα βοηθούν τον οργανισμό να επανακάμπτει από την εμπειρία ενός δυνατού συναισθήματος.

Μειώνει τον πόνο

Το παρατεταμένο κλάμα παράγει στον εγκέφαλο τις γνωστές χημικές ουσίες ενδορφίνες (ναι, αυτές που παράγονται και κατά τη διάρκεια της σωματικής άσκησης) οι οποίες έχουν την ικανότητα να μειώνουν τον σωματικό και ψυχικό πόνο.

Φτιάχνει τη διάθεση

Μία ακόμα από τις συνέπειες της παραγωγής ενδορφινών είναι η βελτίωση της διάθεσης.

Κάνει καλό στα μάτια
