[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Η λάμψη της επιδερμίδας δεν εξαρτάται μόνο από την σχολαστική περιποίηση αλλά και από την διατροφή μας! Παρακάτω θα δείτε ορισμένες τροφές που κάνουν θαύματα για την ομορφιά…. Όπως για παράδειγμα το γάλα αμυγδάλου, το οποίο είναι πλούσιο σε βιταμίνη Ε, που καταπολεμά τις ελεύθερες ρίζες, οι οποίες καταστρέφουν το κολλαγόνο. Το κολλαγόνο είναι από τις πρωτεΐνες που χαρίζουν στην επιδερμίδα την σφριγηλότητά της. Το γάλα αμύγδαλου περιέχει επίσης βιταμίνη Β2 που βοηθά την επιδερμίδα να διατηρήσει την υγρασία της. Επίσης, ο ανανάς περιέχει πολλά θρεπτικά στοιχεία όπως την βιταμίνη C και το μαγγάνιο που συμβάλλουν στην δημιουργία κολλαγόνου. Επιπλέον είναι πλούσιος στο ένζυμο βρομελίνη, το οποίο απομακρύνει τις τοξίνες από τον οργανισμό. Ποιος θα το περίμενε πως η κολοκύθα θα ήταν ένα ελιξίριο ομορφιάς. Και όμως είναι από τις τροφές που αναζωογονούν τα κύτταρα και δίνουν  λάμψη και στα μαλλιά. Όλα αυτά τα θαύματα έρχονται από την περιεκτικότητά της σε β-καροτίνη καθώς και σε βιταμίνες E Και C,  ψευδάργυρο, κάλιο και μαγνήσιο. Επιπλέον και οι σπόροι της κολοκύθας είναι ευεργετικοί καθώς είναι πλούσιοι σε αμινοξέα που δεν υπάρχουν στο σώμα μας και λιπαρά οξέα που προλαμβάνουν την εμφάνιση ρυτίδων. Τα καρότα πέρα από το ότι βοηθούν στο μαύρισμα περιέχουν βιταμίνες Β1 και Β2 καθώς και νιασίνη που είναι συστατικά σε πολλά καλλυντικά όπως αντηλιακά και κρέμες. Τέλος, στην λίστα με τις τροφές που κάνουν καλό στην επιδερμίδα είναι και οι ντομάτες, όχι όμως στην ωμή αλλά στην μαγειρεμένη εκδοχή τους. Αυτό συμβαίνει γιατί στο  μαγείρεμα απελευθερώνεται περισσότερο λυκοπένιο, ένα καροτενοειδές που δίνει το κόκκινο χρώμα στην ντομάτα και είναι ένα ισχυρό αντιοξειδωτικό που προστατεύει το δέρμα από την ηλιακή φθορά.
