Ο Γιώργος Καζαζίδης είναι ένας ιδιαίτερα επιτυχημένος αθλητής αλλά και επαγγελματίας στον ανταγωνιστικό χώρο του fitness.

Μιλά στο Magazine για το σεμινάριο Pilates της Base Training και για το πόσο σημαντικό είναι για έναν γυμναστή να γνωρίζει τη συγκεκριμένη μέθοδο.

Tαυτόχρονα, μας μιλά για όσα αποκόμισε από την εμπειρία του από τον χώρο των πολεμικών τεχνών αλλά και του bodybuilding.

«Τα οφέλη που μπορεί να αποκομίσει ένας ασκούμενος με την μέθοδο του pilates είναι πάρα πολλά. Βοηθά ώστε να έχουμε καλύτερη ισορροπία και στάση σώματος, να δυναμώσουμε τον κορμό μας και να έχουμε ευεξία», αναφέρει ο Γιώργος Καζαζίδης.

Τονίζει παράλληλα πως «είναι πολύ σημαντικό για έναν γυμναστή να γνωρίζει πολλές μεθόδους εκγύμνασης. Εάν προσθέσει στο ενεργητικό του την μέθοδο του pilates, θα βοηθήσει τους ασκούμενούς του να αποκτήσουν καλύτερη κινητικότητα και σταθεροποίηση, ενώ θα έχει την δυνατότητα να προσεγγίσει και ανθρώπους από την τρίτη ηλικία».
