«Είστε σίγουρα ψυχολόγος»; – Για να ξέρεις πότε είναι όντως…

[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Λίγο να έχεις ανοίξει την τηλεόραση, το ραδιόφωνο, το ίντερνετ θα έχεις ακούσει ή διαβάσει τοποθετήσεις από ψυχολόγους, ψυχαναλυτές, ψυχιάτρους ή ψυχοθεραπευτές. Κι αν είσαι από αυτούς που πιστεύουν ότι «εντάξει μωρέ, όλοι είναι το ίδιο», συγγνώμη που θα σου καταρρίψουμε τον μύθο, αλλά όχι. Δεν είναι καθόλου το ίδιο! Τι ειναι η πρωινή κατάθλιψη; – Η συμβολή της γυμναστικής στην αντιμετώπισή της Ποιες είναι, λοιπόν, οι λεπτές ή οι μεγάλες αυτές γραμμές που διαχωρίζουν τη δουλειά του ενός από του άλλου; Πού σταματούν τα «όρια» του καθενός και πώς ξέρεις πού να απευθυνθείς, αν χρειαστείς τη συμβολή ενός ειδικού;

Ένα «Ψ», μα τι «ψ»;

Ψυχίατρος

Ναι, είναι γιατρός. Τι σημαίνει αυτό; Αρχικά σημαίνει πολλά χρόνια σπουδών (ΟΚ, αυτό το ξέρουν όλοι). Συνεπάγεται όμως και κάτι άλλο… Ότι όπως ένας γιατρός οποιασδήποτε ειδικότητας (παθολόγος, καρδιολόγος, ογκολόγος κτλ), έτσι κι αυτός, μπορεί να συνταγογραφήσει φάρμακα, να σου δώσει δηλαδή μια «φαρμακευτική αγωγή», όπως λέμε συχνά.

Ψυχολόγος

Είναι ο ειδικός, με σπουδές στην επιστήμη της Ψυχολογίας. Πώς κάποιος πάει και σπουδάζει Οικονομικά, Μαθηματικά κ.ά., ας πούμε; Έτσι κι ο Ψυχολόγος ακολουθεί τον τομέα της αρεσκείας του και μόλις ολοκληρώσει τις σπουδές του, αποκτά τον ομώνυμο τίτλο. Συνήθως όμως οι περισσότεροι δεν σταματούν εκεί. Γιατί αν θελήσουν στη συνέχεια να αναλάβουν τον ρόλο του ψυχολόγου, όπως τον αντιλαμβάνεται το ευρύ κοινό (του ανθρώπου που ανακουφίζει κάποιον, βοηθώντας τον να αντιληφθεί πράγματα για τον εαυτό του και το περιβάλλον του), τότε συνεχίζουν τις σπουδές τους. Αρωματοθεραπεία: Μια πανάρχαια μορφή θεραπείας με πολλά οφέλη Με ποιον τρόπο; Με μεταπτυχιακές και άλλες σπουδές, κάνοντας εκπαίδευση σε κάποιο κλάδο της ψυχοθεραπείας. Μπλέχτηκες; Συνέχισε την ανάγνωση και το ‘χεις!

Ψυχοθεραπευτής

Είναι αυτός που έχει εκπαιδευτεί σε ένα είδος ψυχοθεραπείας (μια συγκεκριμένη προσέγγιση δηλαδή), έχοντας όμως πρώτα κατακτήσει τον τίτλο του «Ψυχολόγου» ή του «Ψυχιάτρου». Τι είναι όμως η ψυχοθεραπεία; Πάνω κάτω, αυτό που «λέει» η λέξη. Η θεραπεία της ψυχής, θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε με μια πολύ ευρεία έννοια. Αλλά το θέμα είναι το πώς αυτή επιτυγχάνεται. Ας πούμε, λοιπόν, ότι η διαδικασία της ψυχοθεραπείας επιτυγχάνεται (κατά βάση) μέσα από τον διάλογο που διενεργείται ανάμεσα στον θεραπευτή και τον θεραπευόμενο.

Σύμβουλοι ψυχικής υγείας

Προσοχή, προσοχή! Υπάρχουν ορισμένοι επαγγελματίες, που έχουν εξειδικευθεί σε κάποιο είδος ψυχοθεραπείας, χωρίς να έχουν πραγματοποιήσει σπουδές στην Ψυχιατρική ή την Ψυχολογία. Μπορεί δηλαδή να είναι κοινωνιολόγοι, νοσηλευτές, να έχουν σπουδάσει Φιλοσοφία κ.ά. Μπορεί μάλιστα να είναι εξαιρετικά επιτυχημένοι επαγγελματίες. Ψυχαναλυτής

Αν αγαπάς το Netflix, θα τον ξέρεις. Ο λόγος για τον Freud, μπαμπά της ψυχανάλυσης, που  στεκόταν ιδιαίτερα στην παιδική ηλικία του θεραπευόμενου και συνέδεε τα τραύματα και τις οικογενειακές σχέσεις του με το πώς είναι ο ίδιος και οι σχέσεις του στο σήμερα. Τι είναι όμως η ψυχανάλυση; Πρόκειται για μια μακροχρόνια κι εξαιρετικά ιδιαίτερη τεχνική ψυχοθεραπείας, στην οποία παίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο οι λέξεις του αναλυόμενου, τα όνειρα που βλέπει, οι συνειρμοί και πολλά άλλα. Ο ψυχαναλυτής, επομένως, είναι ο επαγγελματίας που την ασκεί. Μπορεί να προέρχεται από οποιονδήποτε κλάδο, αρκεί να έχει περάσει την εκπαίδευση της ψυχανάλυσης, που αποτελεί μια πολυετή διαδικασία (σπουδών και ανάλυσης του ίδιου του θεραπευτή).
