[/fusion_title][fusion_text] Αποτελεί ίσως από τις πιο εξοντωτικές προπονήσεις, όσο βέβαια εξοντωτικό είναι και το ίδιο το crossfit. Είναι η προπόνηση chipper, η οποία πάντως έχει πολλά οφέλη. Παρακάτω θα μάθεις τι ακριβώς είναι καθώς και τι σου προσφέρει.

Τι ακριβώς είναι;

Είναι η γυμναστική κατά τη διάρκεια της οποίας εκτελείς πολλές διαδοχικές επαναλήψεις (30, 50 ή ακόμα και 100) σε κάθε άσκηση. Το μεγάλο στοίχημα βέβαια είναι να κάνεις τις επαναλήψεις όσο πιο γρήγορα μπορείς. Είναι σημαντικό ότι πρέπει να εκτελέσεις πρώτα την πρώτη άσκηση και τον αριθμό των επαναλήψεων της, πριν να προχωρήσεις στην επόμενη. Ένα ενδεικτικό πρόγραμμα προπόνησης chipper θα μπορούσε να περιλαμβάνει: 50 Russian Twists, 40 Jumping lunges, 30 KB swings, 20 Press up, 10 burpees.

Πώς θα την κάνεις;

Αν θέλεις και εσύ να εντάξεις την προπόνηση chipper στην ρουτίνα της γυμναστικής σου μπορείς να διαλέξεις μια ποικιλία από ασκήσεις όπως ασκήσεις με βάρη (βαράκια, kettlebell ή μπάλα), ασκήσεις με το βάρος του σώματός σου, καθώς και πλειομετρικές (προπόνηση με άλματα) και ασκήσεις για κοιλιακούς. Στη συνέχεια, βάλε τις ασκήσεις σε μια σειρά ώστε καθεμία να στοχεύει διαφορετικές μυϊκές ομάδες. Ύστερα, κάνε τις επαναλήψεις που έχεις βάλει ως στόχο στην κάθε άσκηση.

Ποια είναι τα οφέλη

  • -Η καύση πολλών θερμίδων.
  • -Βελτιώνει την αντοχή και την δύναμη.
  • -Η δυσκολία της εν λόγω γυμναστικής σε «προπονεί» ώστε να κρατάς την ενέργεια σου μέχρι να εκτελέσεις και την τελευταία επανάληψη.
  • -Εκτός από το σώμα σου «ασκείς» την υπομονή και την επιμονή σου.
