BASE TRAINING SHOWS YOU THE WAY TO SUCCESS BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER BECOME A PILATES INSTRUCTOR E-LEARNING This is a low intensity 30 minute program which includes 2 sets of cardio exercises and 1 set of abs exercises.

Cardio

Perform each move twice, for 40 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds. 2 squats – 2 push ups 2 lunges – 2 forward kicks Walk out, plank toe tap Right knee repeaters Plank Left knee repeaters Front lunges with torso twist ( on opposite leg ) Skaters Front lunges with torso twist ( on other leg ) Crab toe touch

Abs

Perform the exercises once ( 1set) for 25 seconds each, with an interval of 5 seconds rest.
