You can let off steam in words, in new fitness programs or in artistic creations. But what happens when all this tension blocks your productivity? Open YouTube or put your favorite station on the radio. You have no idea how easily  your favorite song can fill you with ideas. This is because your mind works like the internet. You hear or read something and it is as if you clicked on a “link” from where you can do endless wandering routes, as long as you don’t forget your original goal. Music will help you calm down and relax. Just let go!

Write it all down!

It can be a pattern or just scattered words that don’t seem to make any sense at first. In any case, these are things coming from your thinking, which, for some reason, is “blocked”. We are suggesting a game that will help you trigger your thoughts. Read the task you have to do many times and circle the keywords, so that you don’t forget your goal. Set a timer for 1′ and start recording or drawing whatever comes to your mind, without thinking or criticizing yourself. You will see that what you produce is directly or indirectly related to your goal. These words or drawings you made are your suppressed thoughts, which slowly began to unlock.

Read, listen, look for something else before you start

As mentioned before, thinking works like a hyperlink. You never know where it may lead you and many times you can’t even remember the beginning.
